NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 20, 2014, and entered in Case No. 29-2013-CA-014172 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and ELIZABETH S. CRIPPEN A/K/A ELIZABETH CRIPPEN; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ELIZABETH S. CRIPPEN A/K/A ELIZABETH CRIPPEN; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; CEDAR CREEK AT COUNTRY RUN HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A RYAN DIANA, and TENANT #2 N/K/A GENEVE AGUILA are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 3/9/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
