NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated December 29, 2014, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-004664 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and ROBERT J. MARVEL, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 16 day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT PART OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: FROM THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID NW 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4, RUN NORTH 635.14 FEET, ALONG THE EAST BOUNDARY OF SAID NW 1/4 OF SE 1/4 FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; CONTINUING THENCE NORTH, 100 FEET TO A POINT 580 FEET SOUTH OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID NW 1/4 OF SE 1/4; THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 33 MINUTES NORTH, 200 FEET, PARALLEL TO THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF SAID NW 1/4 OF SE 1/4; THENCE SOUTH, 100 FEET PARALLEL TO THE EAST BOUNDARY OF SAID NW 1/4 OF SE 1/4; THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 33 MINUTES EAST, 200 FEET, TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, LESS THE RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR TAYLOR ROAD.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
