NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 9th day of December, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-002958, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and CARMENZA MOSQUERA A/K/A CARMENZA MOSQUERA MOLINA A/K/A CARMENZA MASQUERA; SUMMERFIELD MASTER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; JORGE OCAMPO A/K/A JORGE ALBEIRO OCAMPO and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 24th day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK E, PINE TRACE AT SUMMERFIELD UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 68, PAGE 44 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
