NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 25, 2014 and entered in Case No. 11-CA-007556 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-RFCI, ASSET-BACKED PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is the Plaintiff and PENNY A. EASTLEY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants, Hillsborough County Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on March 12, 2015 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
