NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 27, 2015 and entered in Case No. 11-CA-004013 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-RFC1, ASSET-BACKED PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is the Plaintiff and LAURA WELLS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LAURA WELLS; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants, Hillsborough County Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on March 17, 2015 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
