NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 14 October, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-008673 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for HomeBanc Mortgage Trust 2005-5 Mortgage Backed Notes, Series 2005-5, is the Plaintiff and Abbas Karimi, The Landings Of Tampa Condominium Association Inc, Unknown Tenant, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 3rd of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
