YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced to foreclose a mortgage on the following real property, lying and being and situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Lot 43 in Block 3 of Lago Vista, as recorded in Plat Book 47, Page 34; Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida,
LESS the following described portion thereof: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Lot 43; thence Northeasterly 4.41 feet along a curve concave to the Southeast having a radius of 300 feet through a central angle of 00Ëš50`37”, a radial to said point bears N. 43Ëš49`12” W.; thence S. 73Ëš58`21” E., 55.33 feet; thence N. 77Ëš47`12” W., 57.65 feet to the Point of Beginning and including a portion of Lot 42, Block 3 of said Lago Vista described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of Lot 42; thence S. 77Ëš47`12” E., 57.65 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence S. 77Ëš47`12” E., 82.35 feet; thence S. 74Ëš46`06” W., 10.56 feet; thence N. 73Ëš58`21” W., 73.15 feet to the Point of Beginning.

This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, such Morris|Schneider|Wittstadt, LLC, Attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 5110 Eisenhower Blvd, Suite 302A, Tampa, FL 33634 on or before March 16, 2015, and file the original with the clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately there after; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
