NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 27, 2015, in the above-styled cause now pending in said court, that PAT FRANK, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the manner provided on the internet at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com in Hillsborough County, Florida in accordance with Florida law at 10:00 a.m. on March 17, 2015, the real property and personal property described as follows:

EXHIBIT “A”
Lot 9, in Block 5, CENTRALIA, according to the Map or Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 24, as recorded in the Public Records of Hillsborough County Florida; Less that part of road described as beginning at the Southwest corner of said Lot 9 and run North 5.92 feet, thence Easterly 50 feet, thence South 5.2 feet to the Southeast corner of said Lot 9 and thence Westerly 50 feet to the Point of Beginning.
All fixtures, machinery, equipment, appliances and personal property of every nature whatsoever now or hereafter owned by the Mortgagor and located in or on, or used or installed on or intended to be used or installed on the real property described in Exhibit “A”.
Said sale will be made pursuant to and in order to satisfy the terms of said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice of lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
