NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 13, 2015, entered in Case No. 13-CA-015223 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Scott W. Stafford Sr.; Unknown Spouse of Scott W. Stafford, Sr.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2; Unknown Tenants are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 3rd day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
EAST 41 FEET OF LOT 18 AND THE WEST 28 FEET OF LOT 19, BLOCK 8 MAP OF MACFARLANE PARK, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 82 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
