NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 13, 2015, entered in Case No. 14-CA-008000 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CitiFinancial Servicing LLC is the Plaintiff and James T. Maciejewski; Sue A. Maciejewski a/k/a Sue A. Maciejewsik; Lake St. Charles Master Association, Inc. a/k/a Lake St. Charles Homeowners Association, Inc. ; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 3rd day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 2, LAKE ST. CHARLES UNIT 10, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 86, PAGES 30-1 THROUGH 30-4, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
