and commonly known as: 1828 W BEARSS AVENUE, TAMPA, FL 33613; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales will be held at the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on March 9, 2015 at 10:00 AM.
