LOT 37, LAS PALMAS TOWNHOMES -- PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 105, PAGES 196 THRU 202, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 2008 FIESTA RIDGE CT, TAMPA, FL 33604; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales will be held at the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on March 10, 2015 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
