NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, Case No. 11-CA-010623 in which, Stonecrest Income And Opportunity Fund-I, LLC, Plaintiff, and Raul Ortiz; Martha L. Bosque; Bank of America, N.A.; State of Florida, and Tenant, Defendants, and all unknown parties claiming interests by, through, under or against a named defendant to this action, or having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property herein described on the following described property in Hillsborough County, Florida:
Lot 51 of NORTH BON-AIR, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 12, Page(s) 3, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
a/k/a 3902 W. Fig Street, Tampa, Florida 33609 (“Property”)
Together with an undivided percentage interest in the common elements pertaining thereto, the Clerk of Hillsborough County, will offer the above-referenced real property to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 26th of May, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com.
Any person claiming interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
