NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered October 20, 2014 in Civil Case No. 29-2011-CA-010979 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and WANDA G. SCRUGGS, WILLIE D. SCRUGGS, UNKNOWN TENANTS/OWNERS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WANDA G. SCRUGGS, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 9th day of March, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
The East 150 feet of the West 180 feet of the South 70 feet of the North 95 feet of the North ¼ of the Northwest ¼ of the Southwest ¼ of the Northwest ¼, Section 32, Township 28 South, Range 19 East, Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
