NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered October 16, 2014 in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-011971 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN A SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, INTEREST OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A, STEPHEN A. PANTLE, SUSANNE M. PANTLE, TENANT #1, TENANT #2, TENANT #3, TENANT #4, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 5th day of March, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
A tract of land lying in the West ½ of the Northwest ¼ of the Northeast ¼ of Section 22, Township 27 South, Range 17 East, Hillsborough County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the Northwest corner of Lot 8, Post Shores, as recorded in Plat Book 39, Page 72, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida; thence North assumed bearing a distance of 101.9 feet for a Point of Beginning; thence continuing North a distance of 100.00 feet; thence east a distance of 188.57 feet; thence South 13 degrees 09 minutes 25 seconds East a distance of 1.97 feet; thence South 29 degrees 41 minutes 44 seconds East, a distance of 16.80 feet; thence South 50 degrees 22 minutes 10 seconds East, a distance of 13.40 feet; thence South 55 degrees 09 minutes 21 seconds East, a distance of 9.86 feet; thence South 49 degrees 21 minutes 48 seconds East, a distance of 8.10 feet; thence South 43 degrees 14 minutes 50 seconds East, a distance of 9.4 feet; thence South 42 degrees 10 minutes 19 seconds East, a distance of 9.28 feet; thence South 39 degrees 10 minutes 29 seconds East, a distance of 8.94 feet, thence South 34 degrees 34 minutes 17 seconds East 27.21 feet; thence South 00 degrees 09 minutes 05 seconds West, a distance of 139.05 feet to a point on the Northwesterly right-of-way boundary of Post Road (60.00 feet county dedication); thence on an arc of a curve concave to the Southeast in a Southwesterly direction along said Northwest right-of-way boundary of Post Road, a distance of 15.16 feet with the radius of 160.00 feet sublended by a chord of 15.15 feet, bearing South 82 degrees 03 minutes 29.5 seconds West to a point on a curve; thence North 00 degrees 09 minutes 05 seconds East a distance of 120.00 feet; thence West a distance of 240.51 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
