NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 16, 2014, and entered in 11-CA-014322 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF MADELINE I. FORD A/K/A MADELINE IRENE FORD A/K/A MADELINE FORD, DECEASED; HIGHGATE III CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; KINGS POINT WEST RECREATIONAL FACILITIES RULES ASSOCIATION INC. F/K/A KINGS POINT WEST RECREATION FACILITY RULES ASSOCIATION, INC.; SUN CITY CENTER WEST MASTER ASSOCIATION INC. F/K/A KINGS POINT WEST CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC.; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; FEDERATION OF KINGS POINT ASSOCIATIONS, INC.; JOAN GAIL ARSENAULT; DAN LEROY SHEFFER A/K/A DANNY L. Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on March 03, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL NO. 342, PHASE 4 OF HIIGHGATE III CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4246, PAGE 862, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, IF ANY, AND ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 46, AND ALSO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 56, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
