NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 4, 2014, and entered in 2008-CA-04970 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and SCOTT A. DUVALL A/K/A SCOTT ALAN DUVALL; RUTH E. DUVALL; WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on March 02, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 9, ANITA SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGE 21, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
