NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 15, 2015, and entered in 14-CA-010300 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BANC OF AMERICA ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-2, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2 is the Plaintiff and RIVER OAKS CONDOMINIUM II ASSOCIATION, INC. ; THOMAS PLAYER A/K/A THOMAS T. PLAYER; LORI J. PLAYER; RIVER OAKS RECREATION ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on March 05, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 1801, BUILDING 18, RIVER OAKS CONDOMINIUM II PHASE 3, A CONDOMINIUM AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3817, PAGE 512, AS AMENDED; AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 48 AND IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 29, BOTH OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
