NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 14, 2014, and entered in 14-CA-007030 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FNMA”) is the Plaintiff and DAVID L. WELCH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID L. WELCH are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on March 03, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, LESS THE WEST 1 FOOT, BLOCK 2, GANDY GARDENS 9, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGE 32, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
