WOODS A/KA TYRUS WOODS, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00AM, on the 17th day of March, 2015, the following described property:
THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED LAND, SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOWIT:
LOTS 15 AND 16 AND LOT 14, LESS THE WEST 30 FEET OF THE NORTH 46 FEET, BLOCK 10, NEBRASKA HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 66, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
