NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 14, 2015, entered in Case No. 09-CA-030340 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein US Bank, NA is the Plaintiff and Fred Vanlengen, III; Cathleen S. Vanlengen; Unknown Tenant(s) are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 4th day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGIN 108.00 FEET WEST OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF TRACT 8 IN BLOCK 4 OF NORTH TAMPA HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, AS PER MAP OR PLAT' THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, ON PAGE 73, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE, GO NORTH 105.00 FEET MORE OR LESS TO A POINT 210.00 FEET SOUTH OF THE NORTH LINE OF SAID TRACT 8, THENCE WEST 15.00 FEET, THENCE NORTH 70 FEET, THENCE WEST 55 FEET AND THENCE SOUTH 175 FEET MORE OR LESS TO THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID TRACT 8, THENCE EAST 70 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. LESS THE SOUTH 15 FEET THEREOF FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR 131ST STREET.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
