THE WEST ONE-HALF OF LOT 10, AND ALL OF LOTS 11 AND 12 OF C.B. TURNER SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGE 72, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 322 W HANNA AVE, TAMPA, FL 33604; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales will be held at the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on March 16, 2015 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
