WARE AS TRUSTEE OF THE TERESA L. WARE LIVING TRUST UTD SEPTEMBER 25, 2000; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARY OF THE TERESA L. WARE LIVING TRUST UTD SEPTEMBER 25, 2000; TERESA L WARE; MARKET TAMPA INVESTMENTS, LLC, FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE 8826 BAY POINTE DR. H-201 OF BAY POINTE CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3101, ON PAGE 1382 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THEREOF, A PERPETUAL AND NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT IN COMMON WITH, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ALL OTHER OWNERS, OF UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE IMPROVEMENTS UPON THE LAND ABOVE DESCRIBED FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS AND USE OF PUBLIC PASSAGE WAYS AS WELL AS COMMON AREAS AND FACILITIES UPON THE LAND ABOVE DESCRIBED.
