NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 13, 2015, entered in Case No. 13-CA-013398 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC is the Plaintiff and Callie Jo Chapman a/k/a Callie Chapman; Michael S. Chapman a/k/a Michael Chapman; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, or Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants; Unknown Tenant(s) whose name is fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 3rd day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 100 FEET OF THE SOUTH 377.45 FEET OF THE NORTH HALF OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 14, TOWNSHIP 27 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, LYING EAST OF THE CENTER LINE OF CANAL AND LYING WEST OF THE WEST RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF ABBY LANE, ALL LYING AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
