NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 13, 2015, entered in Case No. 12-CA-001132 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association as trustee for RASC 2005KS10 is the Plaintiff and Sheila Kubik Johnson; Gerald L. Johnson; State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company as Subrogee of Shelina Baker; West Meadows Property Owners Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 3rd day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK 8, WEST MEADOWS PARCEL 4, PHASES 4 AND 5, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 85, PAGE 86, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
