NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 19, 2014, and the Order Granting Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale Date, entered in Civil Case Number 2013-CA-001710 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein Summerlin Asset Management V Trust, U. S. Bank Trust National Association, as Trustee, as successor in interest to Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC is Plaintiff, and The Estate of Leonor Astacio, Milady Astacio, Heather Lakes at Brandon Community Association, Inc., Milady Astacio as guardian for Tanya Nicole Astacio, a minor, Milady Astacio as guardian for Nicole Tanya Astacio, a minor, Unknown Tenant# 1, Linda Astacio, Grecia Astacio-Brea, Juan Astacio, Daniel Astacio, Richard Astacio, Miguel Astacio A/K/A Miguel Anthony Astacio, Leonardo Astacio, and Hillsborough County, Florida are Defendants (collectively, the “Defendants”).
I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, by electronic sale at 10:00 A.M. on the 27th day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK D, OF HEATHER LAKES UNIT XXI PHASE C, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 81, PAGE 58, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
