NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 13, 2015, entered in Case No. 12-CA-018668 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC is the Plaintiff and Jose B. Gliha A/K/A Jose Bernard Gliha; Yesenia Gliha A/K/A Yesenia Rivera; Dayna M. Bullock; South Cove at Summerfield Homeowners Association, Inc.; Summerfield Master Community Association, Inc.; State of Florida, Department of Revenue; Unknown Tenants/Owners are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 3rd day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 2, SOUTH COVE PHASE I, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 96, PAGE 67-1 THROUGH 67-6, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
