Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Joint Stipulated Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 21, 2014, entered in Case No. 12-CA-017406 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in favor of the Plaintiff, Anthony Jacobs, and against the Defendants, Richard J. Mozdzer, Freedom Harbor, LLC, and Debbie Reynolds, that Plaintiff will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on March 12, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. EST (the sale shall be conducted by Pat Frank, Clerk of the Circuit Court, Hillsborough County Florida), the following described real property as set forth in the Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
