Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Joint Stipulated Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 21, 2014, entered in Case No. 12-CA-017406 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in favor of the Plaintiff, Anthony Jacobs, and against the Defendants, Richard J. Mozdzer, Freedom Harbor, LLC, and Debbie Reynolds, that Plaintiff will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on March 12, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. EST (the sale shall be conducted by Pat Frank, Clerk of the Circuit Court, Hillsborough County Florida), the following described real property as set forth in the Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
That part of the Northwest 1/4 and the Southwest 1/4 of Section 6, Township 31 South, Range 20 East, Hillsborough County, Florida, being described as follows:
Commence at the Southeast corner of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 6; thence N. 89°39'46”W., 1275.61 feet, along the South boundary of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 6, to the Point of Beginning; thence N. 01°01'15”E , 1602.75 feet, thence N. 27°10'21”E., 499.98 feet, thence, N. 15°49'39”W., 829.96 feet, thence N. 36°10'21”E., 659.97 feet to a point on the South boundary of the North 660 feet of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 6, thence N. 89°26'07”W, 433.88 feet along the South boundary of the North 660 feet of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 6, to a point on the East boundary of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of said Section 6; thence N. 00°39'25” E., 330.00 feet along the East boundary of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of said Section 6, to a point on the South boundary of the North 330 feet of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of said Section 6; thence N. 89°26'07”W., 1332.92 feet to a point on the East right-of-way of East Bay Road, as recorded in O.R. Book 3624, Page 1388, (as Parcel 109), Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida and a point on a curve, thence along the East right-of-way of East Bay Road, the following three courses 1) 399.16 feet Southwesterly, and the arc of curve to the left, having a radius of 11580.30 feet and a central angle of 01°58'30” (chord bearing S. 01°21'19”W., 399.14 feet), 2) S. 00°21'56”W, 1463.99 feet (S. 00°22'21”W, 1463.81 deed description); 3) S. 00°20'42”W., 1854.90 feet to a point on the South boundary of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4; thence S. 89°39'46”E. 1311.98 feet, to the Southeast corner of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 6, thence S. 89°39'46”E, 60.89 feet along the South boundary of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 6, to the Point of Beginning.
