NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 18th day of November, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-004456, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and HAROLD P. JOHNSON; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; JO ANN JOHNSON; SHERRI L. JOHNSON; DARLENE J. LYNNE and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 3rd day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 42, BLOCK 1, STONEGATE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 57, PAGE 20, PUBLIC RECORDS O HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
