NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 15, 2015, and entered in 14-CA-010106 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK N.A. , IN ITS CAPACITY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF HOME EQUITY ASSET TRUST 2006-2, HOME EQUITY PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-2 is the Plaintiff and JACQUELINE ORELLANA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JACQUELINE ORELLANA; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTSRATION SYSTEMS INC AS NOMINEE FOR AMERICAN MORTGAGE EXPRESS FINANCIAL DBA MILLENNIUM FUNDING GROUP are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on March 05, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK 5, DEL RIO ESTATES UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE(S) 89, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
