NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 15, 2015, and entered in 14-CA-009856 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE DEUTSCHE ALT-A SECURITIES INC. MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-OA4 is the Plaintiff and SAMUEL MCILWAIN SR. ; SARAH SNOWDEN MCILWAIN A/K/A SARAH SNOWDEN; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK, FSB.; TWIN LAKES OF BRANDON HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on March 05, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 28, BLOCK “D”, TWIN LAKES, PARCELS D1, D3 AND E1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 88, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
