NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 14, 2014, and entered in 14-CA-006319 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and JOHNNY L. LESTER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHNNY L. LESTER; LIMBANA J. LESTER A/K/A LIMBANA JANETTE LESTER A/K/A LIMBANA N. LESTER A/K/A LIMBANA JANETTE MCNEAL A/K/A LIMBANA FITZPATRICK; HAMPTON OAKS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC., AS NOMINEE FOR RBS CITIZENS, NA are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on March 03, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, BLOCK 1, HAMPTON OAKS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 89, PAGE 53, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
