NOTICE IS GIVEN that, pursuant to a final judgment dated the 10th day of February, 2015, in Case No.: 14-CA-009817 of the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, in which MICHAEL R. O'BRIEN AS TRUSTEE OF THE HAWKEYE IRREVOCABLE TRUST DATED THE 12TH DAY OF JULY, 1996 is the Plaintiff and PAIKER PROPERTIES, LLC., a Florida limited liability company, RAFIQUL PAIKER, AND ANY KNOWN AND/OR UNKNOWN TENANTS, are the Defendants, I, Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on June 9, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. or as soon possible thereafter, the following described property set forth in the Order of Final Judgment:
Lot 9, 10 and the West 1/2 of Lot 11, Block 7, LAUREL TERRACE, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 17, Page 12, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
