YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a civil action has been filed against you in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, to foreclose certain real property described as follows:
The East 100 feet of that part of Tract 84 of REVISED MAP OF FLORIDA GARDEN LANDS SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 43, of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida. Start at the Northeast corner, run West 300 feet for the POINT OF BEGINNING, thence South 187 feet; thence West a distance of 303.2 feet to a point on the Easterly right-of-way line of State Road; thence Northeasterly along said right-of-way of 189 feet to a point on the North line of said Tract 84; thence East along the North line of said Tract 84, a distance of 276.8 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, LESS road right-of-way deeded to the State of Florida in Official Records Book 295, Page 53 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.

You are required to file a written response with the Court and serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Timothy D.
