NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 12, 2015 entered in Civil Case No. 13-002460-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and ESTATE OF ANNI L VAJIC, et al, are Defendants. The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Pinellas County's On Line Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on April 13, 2015, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 70, BUILDING B-6 WING “A” OF ON TOP OF THE WORLD, UNIT THREE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 3012, PAGE 606, AND AS AMENDED AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 3, PAGE 66, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FL.
