NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 14, 2015, and entered in 13-007160-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and JAMES RAKES; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMES RAKES; RENEE LYNN RAKES; RENEE DAWN HOLLENBAUGH; BRANDON CHARLES HOLLENBAUGH, SR.; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LEINORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF BREDNA RAKES; BELLA VISTA ON LAKE SEMINOLE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR LEHMAN BROTHERS BANK, FSB, A FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; SUZANNE ELIZABETH RAKES; UNKNOWN TENANT are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on March 03, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. A-106, BELLA VISTA ON LAKE SEMINIOLE, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14516, PAGE 465, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
