NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that on February 24, 2015, beginning at 6:00 P.M., a public hearing will be held by the Board of County Commissioners in the County Commission Assembly Room, Fifth Floor, Pinellas County Courthouse, 315 Court Street, Clearwater, Florida, 33756, to consider the petition of Kelly L. Crossland to vacate, abandon and/or close the following:
A portion of a 7.5 foot wide utility easement lying within Lot 12,
Block 7, Map of Section No. 1, West Oldsmar, Plat Book 9, Page 79, in
Section 22, Township 28, Range 16, Pinellas County, Florida.
Persons are advised that, if they decide to appeal any decision made at this meeting/hearing, they will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
