NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit No. 2, IMPERIAL COVE CONDOMINIUM VII-A, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in O.R. 3963, Pages 68 through 136, and any amendments thereto, and the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 13, Pages 12 and 13, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 19029 US Hwy 19 N. #7A-2, Clearwater, Florida 33764
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on March 20, 2015.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
