NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 20, 2015, in the above-styled cause, Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property:
Condominium Unit 62, Building B-8, G-West Wing of ON TOP OF THE WORLD Unit Six, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 3171, Page 489, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and any amendments thereto and more commonly described as 2462 Brazilia Drive, #62, Clearwater, FL 33763.
at public sale, on the 12th day of March, 2015 to the highest bidder in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date in accordance with Section 45.031 Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
