NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered April 29, 2014 in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-005284 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, CATHY P. WHETSTONE, PINELLAS COUNTY, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A JESSICA WHETSTONE, UNKNOWN TENANT 2 N/K/A MICHAELLE WHETSTONE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CATHY P. WHETSTONE, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 3rd day of March, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE SOUTH 53 FEET OF LOT 1 AND THE EAST 20 FEET OF THE SOUTH 53 FEET OF LOT 42, VEZINA GROVES SUB., ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10,PAGE 32, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
