NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated January 13, 2015, entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-010948-XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Johnny Lee Anderson; Unknown Spouse of Johnny Lee Anderson; Pinellas County, Florida; Seminole Casualty Insurance Company; United States of America, on behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development; Ford Motor Credit Company, LLC; State of Florida; State of Florida, Department of Revenue; Unknown Tenant # 1 and Unknown Tenant # 2 are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 2nd day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 16 AND 17 LESS THE EAST 62.98 FEET OF EACH LOT, BLOCK 2, FRANKLIN HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, AT PAGE 17, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
