NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 20, 2015, in the above-styled cause, Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit No. 41, Building B-51, of ON TOP OF THE WORLD CONDOMINIUM UNIT 51, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in O. R. 4907, Pages 964 through 987, and any amendments thereto and the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 36, Page 65, amended in Condominium Plat Book 45, Page 92, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and more commonly described as 2295 Mexican Way, #41, Clearwater, Florida, 33763.
at public sale, on the 12th day of March, 2015 to the highest bidder in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date in accordance with Section 45.031 Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
