NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk of this Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County Florida, described as:
Lot 4, Block 79, Lakewood Estates Section “B”, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 26, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at 10:00 a.m., on the 18th day of March, 2015, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
