YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, GULL AIRE VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Unit #132 of STONEHEDGE ON THE HILL, A COOPERATIVE, according to Exhibit “C-2”, (plot plan) of the Lot 317, GULL AIRE VILLAGE, according to the Plat thereof as in Plat Book 77, Page 44, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. Together with 1984 DERB Mobile Home, VIN#3B48D4128A, TITLE #41977916 and VIN#3B48D41284B, TITLE 41977921 attached thereto and made part thereof. With the following street address: 317 Bass Court, Oldsmar, Florida 34677
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Cianfrone, Nikoloff, Grant, Greenberg & Sinclair, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before 3-16-15, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
