Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure or Order dated February 4, 2015, entered in Civil Case No. 14-008698-CO, in the COUNTY COURT in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein BEACHWALKER AT HARBOURSIDE OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff, and U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, et al., are the Defendants, Ken Burke, PINELLAS County Clerk of the Court, will sell the property situated in PINELLAS County, Florida, described as:
Condominium Parcel: Unit 404, Building No. 10, of BEACHWALKER AT HARBOURSIDE, PHASE II, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 102, Pages 40 through 45, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 6816, Page 2178, et seq., and amended adding Building 10, Phase II, recorded in O.R. Book 6904, Page 1952, together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, all as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on the 6th day of March, 2015. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
