NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-011381 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Federal National Mortgage Association, Plaintiff and FMS 18325, LLC are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on March 12, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT NO. 201, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF PORTSIDE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 76, PAGES 116 THROUGH 133, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED JUNE 1, 1984, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5773, PAGES 108 THROUGH 176, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, TOGETHER WITH THE EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO PARKING SPACE 28 AND BOAT SLIP #5.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
