NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and FRANCES LAVALLA A/K/A FRANCIS LAVALLA; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; TOWN SHORES OF GULFPORT, NO. 215, INC., A CONDOMINIUM; TENANT #1 N/K/A SUSAN EARLE, and TENANT #2 N/K/A DOUGLAS EARLE are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 3/11/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
KENMORE HOUSE UNIT 303 FROM THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF TOWN SHORES OF GULFPORT NO. 215, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 20, PAGES 102, 103, AND 104, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, FILED FEBRUARY 11, 1975, IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4258, PAGES 1493 THROUGH 1567, INCLUSIVE, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
