NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 20th day of January, 2015, and entered in Case No. 10000497CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC, is the Plaintiff and JOHN H. SAMSON; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED, AS A NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC.; GERRY LYNN ZARRILLI A/K/A GERRY LYNN RAPPLEYE; NANCY E. SAMSON; ROBERT A. ZARRILLI and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 2nd day of March, 2015, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK A, TEMPLE TERRACE, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE 37, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
