DUBERSTEIN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KETURAH DUBERSTEIN; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; AND THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY THROUGH UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF CLAUDIA W. DUBERSTEIN:
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
That part of Block 20 Official Map of Town of Tarpon Springs, Pinellas County, Florida, filed for record in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida April 28, 1883 in Book G, Pages 800 and 801. Beginning at a point 140 feet due South of the Northwest corner of said Block 20 running thence due North along the East boundary line of Disston Avenue 50 feet to a point, thence due East 140 feet, thence due South 50 feet, thence due West 140 feet to beginning; Also, South 50 feet of North 190 feet of West 140 feet. Said land being in Section 7, Township 27 South, Range 16 East, Pinellas County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Hallie S. Evans, the plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 401 E. Jackson Street, Suite 1700, Tampa, Florida 33602, within 30 days after the first publication of the notice, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
