YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title to the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
That certain Condominium parcel composed of Apartment #51, âFâ, Northwest Wing, Building B-21, ON TOP OF THE WORLD UNIT EIGHTEEN, a CONDOMINIUM, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, as shown on plat recorded in Condominium Plat Book 9, Page 41, all in accordance with, and subject to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 3663, Pages 722 thru 746, inclusive, and all amendments thereto, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Barbara M. Brown, the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is Brown & Associates Law & Title, P.A. 11373 Countryway Blvd., Tampa. FL 33626 on or before 3-16-15, 2015, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
